Vacation Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management.
Job Responsibilities:- Support and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and deliver required sales targets
- Provide appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team
- Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies
- Represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner with adherence to industry best practices
- Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings, providing on-site support to sales employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, preferably in a high-volume sales environment
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Strong leadership skills, including motivating, coaching, and performance management
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Competitive base salary: AU$80,000 per annum
