About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by supporting and motivating a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with the Sales Director to achieve defined targets, provide training and development opportunities, and contribute to site financial management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets by leading and guiding the sales team to meet performance goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership values, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role
  • Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What We Offer

A highly competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus potential, making this an attractive opportunity for career advancement.
