Client Liaison Officer

About the Role
The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with Prospero Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing information and support to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the General Manager and support team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, community development, or a related field, preferably in the Disability and Aged Care industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
What We Offer
Prospero Health & Social Care offers a competitive annual salary, including additional benefits, and flexible working arrangements once training is completed. This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
