Client Liaison Officer

About the Role
The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience throughout their journey with Prospero Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing information and support to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Work closely with the General Manager and support team to ensure clients receive the highest level of care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, community development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
