Your New Role
As a Client Service Liaison, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders and clients in a professional environment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and providing a welcoming experience for clients during their clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients
  • Provide a supportive experience for clients during clinic visits
  • Welcome clients with a light breakfast and ensure the space remains tidy
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and healthcare professionals
  • Organize and manage medical records and reports
  • Support the Manager with various tasks as needed
