Client Service Liaison

At Anton Murray Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Liaison to join our team in Sydney. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a leading ASX listed FinTech firm servicing the stockbroking and wealth management industry with their automated operations technology.
The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years' experience in a client services or account manager style role within the stockbroking or wealth management or FinTech industry. They will be responsible for developing strong relationships with advisors and key personnel, and working closely with the sales team to meet with clients from time to time.
The Client Service Liaison will be accountable for the ongoing relationships with, and provision of exceptional client service to clients and support personnel. They will also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with internal partners, including Sales, IT, Onboarding teams and senior management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of assigned clients and their requirements.
- Developing strong relationships with advisors and key personnel.
- Working closely with the Product and Onboarding team to ensure seamless adoption of new clients.
- Client training and taking ownership of all aspects of risk associated with the client.
Requirements include:
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience within a wealth management, stockbroking, or FinTech environment with strong client interaction.
