Client Service Liaison

About Altius Group Executive Health Solutions, the leading provider of corporate health programs in Australia. We are seeking a motivated Client Service Liaison/Administrator to work in our Health Assessment Centre located in Darlinghurst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
- Welcome clients with a light breakfast before their assessments, ensuring they start their experience on a positive note.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Prior office experience, ideally in a professional setting.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
