Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to new client enquiries related to various areas of law, including personal injury, commercial, property, estates, family, and criminal.
  • Assess the viability of enquiries, provide initial legal advice, obtain instructions, and determine next steps, including the execution of costs agreements and referrals to relevant solicitors.
  • Check in with new and existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • An admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law and 2 or more of the following: commercial law, property law, family law, wills/estates, criminal law, or commercial litigation.

  • Proven ability to exercise good judgement and resolve problems expeditiously.
