Job Opportunity: Cost Estimator Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project-specific documentation, scope of work, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough material take-offs, labor, plant, and equipment cost assessments.
  • Obtain and analyze supplier quotations.
  • Liaise with internal resources for compilation of site construction methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for internal technical reviews and client submissions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience as a Cost Estimator in the Australian market.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret project-specific documentation and specifications.
  • Experience with large-scale project tenders.
