High Voltage Estimator Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist company in the energy sector, known for their expertise in energy infrastructure and innovative solutions.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Estimator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
  • The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or a related field.

The High Voltage Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for high-voltage energy projects. This includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and timelines, analysing technical drawings, specifications, and requirements for project feasibility, engaging with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive quotes and pricing, monitoring market trends to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive, and assisting with tender submissions and providing support during the bid process.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and energy infrastructure.
  • Experience in preparing cost estimates for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
