Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising teams and delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient service
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals
  • Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
