Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time position involves regular morning and weekend shifts with an immediate start available. As a key leader, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support Food and Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
