Job Title

A hospitality leader is needed to oversee café operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts.

In this key leadership role, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient service.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Build knowledge of food and beverage offerings to promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality.
  • Supervise and train staff to perform at their best.

Note: This position is based in Gladstone.

Requirements
  • 12+ months supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
