We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and an outstanding dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.">
  • At least 3 years' experience in a restaurant, café or hotel environment.">
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.">
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.">
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.">
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).">
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.">
