Job Overview

A successful Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for leading our café team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts. The supervisor will have the opportunity to work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ months of supervisory experience within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
