Lead Café Team to Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time.

This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts. We offer immediate start availability for the right candidate.

In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
  • Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and support Food and Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Requirements:
  • 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
