Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to provide expertise and advice for our Professional Standards Department.

  • This role involves providing authoritative advice on ethics and integrity issues impacting the organisation and its operations.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert guidance on ethics and integrity matters.
  2. Benchmark the organisation's Integrity Framework to ensure it implements leading practice ethical and integrity standards.
  3. Monitor legislative requirements relating to ethical and integrity issues and undertake continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications or demonstrated experience in public policy, law, ethics, or risk and compliance.
  • Proven experience in providing professional and authoritative advice on ethical integrity issues.
  • A sound understanding of the integrity system including legislation, policies processes, corporate governance, and ethics.
  • Experience in developing and implementing governance, ethics, and integrity related policies, strategies, and standards.
  • Advance analytical and critical writing skills, with the capacity to identify strategic and systemic issues.
