Ethics & Compliance Leader

Our organization is seeking a leader to drive the development of our ethics and compliance program.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute a global ethics and compliance strategy that fosters a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and values-driven work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Ensure the consistent application of our Code of Conduct across all regions and business units.
- Foster a 'Speak up' culture by providing accessible and trusted mechanisms for reporting concerns and resolving issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the executive group, and board members on complex ethics and compliance matters.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive group based on internal insights, global trends, and identification of best practices.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, trends, and emerging risks to provide actionable insights to the executive group and board.
As a seasoned professional with 15+ years of relevant experience, you will possess a strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant management experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and present complex proposals and reports to executive-level management
- Proven leadership skills in multicultural/national environments
- Strong understanding of broader systems, processes, and tools related to the field
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day challenges arising with respect to work deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
