Job DescriptionThe Group Director, Ethics & Compliance will provide overall leadership, vision, and direction for an industry-leading ethics and compliance (E&C) program that promotes a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct aligned to our principles and behaviors.
This role can be based in any of our major office locations globally.
Purpose :
The Group Director, Ethics & Compliance will develop, lead, and ensure execution of Worley's E&C strategy, driving adoption across all regions and business units. Foster an ethical culture across the organization, inspiring leaders to champion a safe, respectful, and values-driven workplace.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy and Culture : Develop and lead the implementation of Worley's E&C strategy, fostering an ethical culture and promoting understanding and consistent application of the Code of Conduct at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership and Governance : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic recommendations and accountable for the effective monitoring of the global E&C program.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a global E&C team of professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration and ensuring the team provides industry-leading guidance and support to the business.
- Tools and Enablement : Design, implement, and continuously improve toolkits and resources that promote a safe and ethical working environment.
- Risk Management : Lead E&C risk assessments during the pre-contract phase, guiding treatment strategies and collaborating on human rights assessments.
Requirements :
- Typically, 15+ years relevant experience, with significant management experience.
- Important skills include a strong understanding of ethical practices and related laws, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
