A critical position in maintaining a company's reputation of integrity has become available. As the leader of ethics and compliance, you will design, develop, and implement a metrics-driven program that identifies and mitigates risks.

The role requires collaboration with leaders across the organization to establish a robust compliance framework. You will partner with employees to deliver training and ensure the implementation of effective risk-focused programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading healthcare compliance investigations
  • Developing and implementing compliance monitoring programs
  • Establishing data analytics processes for compliance-related metrics
  • Collaborating with legal counsel on regulatory compliance matters
  • Ongoing development of compliance programs as needed

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in regulatory affairs and risk management to drive business growth while ensuring adherence to industry standards and laws.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Accounting, Legal, or relevant certifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Proven skills in data analysis, risk mitigation, and internal audit
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including FDA, OIG, DOJ, EMA, GDPR, and Sunshine/Transparency reporting
