Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing the organization's ethics and compliance strategy, fostering a culture of integrity and compliance, and ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to our code of conduct. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on ethics and compliance risks, as well as investigating and addressing any compliance issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum of 15 years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to ethics and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing ethics and compliance programs.
