About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ethics and Compliance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates with integrity and adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description

The Senior Ethics and Compliance Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance programs, monitoring and mitigating risks, and providing guidance and support to employees on compliance matters. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Providing training and education to employees on compliance matters
  • Investigating and resolving compliance issues
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in a compliance or related role
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, ethics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
