Effective Dynamics 365 Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Managed Services team as a Support Services Delivery Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of contracted service tasks as outlined in our support agreements for Dynamics 365 customers.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for managing support tickets, upholding Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management and organisational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complex discussions diplomatically.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Managed Service environments, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining self-motivation.
