Dynamic Support Specialist Opportunity

This is a role as a technical support professional for Dynamics 365 CRM. You will be working on an 18-month contract and have the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level, complex problem-solving involving broad product knowledge or product specialty.
  • Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with clients.
  • Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.
  • Own and resolve mission-critical customer issues.
  • Be responsive to customer needs, which may require outside normal business hours.
  • Use trace analysis, debugging, source code, and other proprietary tools to analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Stay up to date on leading technologies and technical certifications.
Requirements:
  • Full citizenship working rights.
  • Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Product Suite, including but not limited to:
    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
    • Dynamics 365 Contact Center
    • Customer Insight - Journey
    • Power Page
  • Support/technical experience.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience with one or more coding languages (programming and understanding).
