Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist

As a specialist in business process implementation, you will be responsible for the full cycle of client engagement, including consulting, configuration, training, installation and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Main responsibilities include:
- Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients
- Advising clients on optimal solution usage to minimize gaps between standard product customer business processes with creative configuration
- Preparing Business Process Discovery Documents
- Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
- Preparing functional specifications for customizations required
- Creating user manuals and delivering training to end users
- Providing pre-go live and post go live end user support
- Ensuring project documents are complete and projects are delivered successfully as per plan
