Job Title:
Dynamics 365 Solution Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 solution specialist to configure and develop high-quality solutions for our client's Customer Service operations. This role will involve participating in workshops, configuring CRM solutions, developing plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in discovery and inception workshops, providing technical guidance on implementing customer-centric solutions.
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements and develop high-quality plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
Ensure configuration standards are adhered to and contribute to setting development standards.
Assess and report on risks that could impact systems and data security, ensuring appropriate mitigation practices are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Hands-on experience in Power Automate and Power BI.
Exposure to Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
Experience with Azure Pipelines and DevOps delivery.
