About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Specialist. As a trusted expert, you will work closely with clients to design and implement effective customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will lead the way in delivering tailored solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, integrating D365 with other platforms for seamless data flow, and sharing CRM best practices to drive growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in Customer Insights & CRM modules, journey mapping, segmentation, and analytics. If you have a proven track record of successful D365 implementations and are passionate about helping clients achieve real business results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customised customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Lead D365 Customer Insights implementations (segmentation, analytics, journeys)
  • Tailor CRM solutions (dashboards, workflows, reports) to meet client needs
  • Implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agents)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting client satisfaction requirements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in Customer Insights & CRM modules
  • A proven track record of successful D365 implementations
  • Solid knowledge of journey mapping, segmentation, and analytics
