Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies, as well as smaller companies on the leading edge of their industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to complex problems involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty.
  • Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies.
  • Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.
  • Own and resolve mission-critical customer issues.
  • Be responsive to customer needs, which may sometimes require outside normal business hours or on-call rotation.
  • Stay up to date on leading technologies and technical certifications.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights within Australia.
  • Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Product Suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insight - Journey, and Power Page.
  • Support / technical experience.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience with coding languages (programming and understanding).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers.
