A Role with Impact
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for working closely with the boutique team to enhance customer experience, create sales opportunities, and deliver extraordinary service that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets, KPIs, and sales in line with the brand retail strategy
- Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
- Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty
- Establish networks within relevant industries to create sales opportunities
Your Qualifications
- You will have minimum 3 years' experience working in a luxury environment
- Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality, or aviation industry (experience within luxury watches and high-end jewelry industries highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate strong selling skills
- A positive mindset and inspiring attitude to build a strong team spirit
- We encourage proactiveness to communicate and share ideas for increasing brand awareness and building relationships with new and existing clients
Your Career Path with Us
- Firstly, you will speak with HR to get to know you and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture
- Subsequently, you will meet with the Flagship Manager and Country Manager to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. They will also share further responsibilities and opportunities should you be successful in this position
- Finally, you could have the chance to meet with some of the Maison's Key Leaders
Your Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
