Job Title: Executive Director - Luxury Retail Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead and assist in luxury retail projects in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and supervising overall site/office activities to ensure project completion within timelines. Key responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and contractors, attending project meetings, and maintaining good relations with clients and designers.

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for site works and delivery matters. Monitor site conditions and progress to the required standard.
  • Attend project meetings and maintain a good relation with the clients and designers.

The position requires a proactive, well-organised, independent individual who can work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years' experience in luxury retail/fit out/construction projects, a building licence, and excellent written and spoken English skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of furniture standards, specifications and quality control.
  • Knowledge of retail fitting out & construction techniques.
  • Proactive, well-organised, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Good Computer Skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
Benefits:

This is a highly remunerated position offering a base salary around $150,000 plus super, vehicle, and bonus. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to work on large-scale luxury commercial and retail fit outs.
