The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Project Director to lead our merger with Inspiro. As the Project Director, you will oversee the seamless integration of our organizations, driving the project from initial planning through transition and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the merger across our organizations, communicating the vision and promoting and celebrating milestones when they are reached.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the merger project plan, including managing the dedicated merger team and coordinating support from both organizations.
  • Establish effective project governance structures to oversee the merger.
  • Lead the design and implementation of engagement strategies for external stakeholders, including clients, community, partners, and funders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of change management, communications, engagement, and development activities that support effective change.
  • Monitor and report on progress against the project plan, including timely escalation of issues, risks, opportunities, and benefits to the Steering Committee.
What You Will Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, or management; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership role within a complex, regulated operating environment (preferably health or social services).
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects, involving significant project, change, and transformation management, minimizing risks and disruption.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities with proven success in stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Desirable - Experience of leading/supporting a merger within the for-purpose sector.
  • Qualifications in project management or change management.
