About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project delivery team in the AU/NZ region. As Head of Project Delivery, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of turnkey infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Delivery to build and manage a high-performing delivery team across the AU and NZ region.
  • Commercial accountability for the portfolio of EV delivery, including managing the implementation of governance, plans, and structure.
  • Manage performance and outputs of delivery and capability teams using clearly defined targets.
  • Implement project management principles and business processes, providing end-to-end project assurance.
  • Lead on project development and work closely with Business Development and Technical Sales colleagues on new business and markets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' engineering experience in the delivery of high-value and complex energy infrastructure projects, ideally in the electric vehicle space.
  • Tertiary level electrical or construction qualifications.
  • Relevant Project Management certification, such as PMP, CPPM, or Prince2 Practitioner.
  • Strong Project Management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience leading teams in a leadership position and mentoring colleagues.
