Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist at Red Bull is responsible for delivering exceptional IT services to end-users, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues affecting end-users, leveraging Red Bull's IT service management processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the highest level of service quality and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Red Bull's standards and tools.
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems, implementing system upgrades, patches, and updates in coordination with the IT Manager and Regional IT team.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
