Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Coordinator to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery for fit-out and de-fit programs across a portfolio of tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the project management of fit-out and de-fit programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement, reporting progress to senior managers, property agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Project Initiation and Management: Initiate and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Property/Land Economics, Design and Construction, or Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Contractor Management: Strong experience in contractor management and evaluating project deliverables.
  • Statutory Approvals: Understanding of statutory approvals and construction standards.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritising key tasks.
  • Design and Services Drawings: Proficient in interpreting design and services drawings.
