Facilities Coordinator Job Description

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our client's Sydney team on an initial 9-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all facilities tasks and services in the premises as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Quality Service Delivery: Provide timely and quality service delivery to the client, ensuring overall quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships, services, and contracts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report Vendor Performance: Monitor and report vendor performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage Property and Tenancy Issues: Manage property and tenancy-related issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist with Financial and Administrative Requirements: Provide support with financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Participate in Initiatives and Management: Take an active role in initiatives and management, contributing to the team's success.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct daily inspections of facilities, identifying maintenance and OH&S issues, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Keep Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in Minor Churn and Moves: Participate in minor churn and moves, assisting in the coordination of capital expenditure projects.
  • Be On-Call: Be available on-call after office hours for emergency needs, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Networks and Database: Possess knowledge of networks, database, and operating systems, including PC/LAN/WAN, Citrix/VDI, telecommunications technologies, and information security technology.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient work.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with the team.
  • Good Project Management Skills: Demonstrate good project management skills, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills, ensuring successful service delivery and maintaining good working relationships with partners.
  • Good Working Knowledge of Office 365: Possess a good working knowledge of Office 365 (on-prem and cloud), Outlook, Lotus Notes, and SharePoint.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • At Least 2 Years of Facilities Management Experience: Possess at least 2 years of facilities management experience, with a strong understanding of ITIL, Citrix, VDI/VM, Windows servers, and MS O365.
  • Technical Experience: Possess several years of technical experience in operating systems, database, telecommunications, PC, LAN, WAN, and data security technologies.
  • ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA Certification: Possess ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA certification, with a strong understanding of Service Now System tool.

The budget for this position is set at $45 per hour. Successful candidates will be employed as on-site contractors through Anton Murray Consulting, working directly at our client's location.
