About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Support operational managers and employees across Victoria and Queensland.
  • Cover employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to support organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience in a similar senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives and programs.

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Business Administration.
  • Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes and deliverables.
