Job Summary

We are seeking a trusted partner to provide forward-thinking people and culture services to senior leaders in our food and beverage portfolio. This role will effectively align and embed our culture, drive business success through collaborative partnership on end-to-end people solutions, and provide sound operational advice to the business.

About the Role

The People and Culture Business Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the allocated portfolio, their business objectives, challenges, risks, and strategic goals. This includes providing professional business-focused people and culture services to senior leaders, developing and facilitating training to people leaders, and partnering with senior leaders to implement succession plans and talent management strategies.

This role also involves building influential partnerships with senior leaders to drive business results, providing input in the review of policies and procedures, and contributing to the design and implementation of projects and programmes that support the strategic direction of the wider people and culture team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional business-focused people and culture services to senior leaders in allocated portfolio
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the allocated portfolio, their business objectives, challenges, risks, and strategic goals
  • Develop and facilitate training to people leaders to effectively manage performance management issues and employee discipline matters
  • Partner with senior leaders to implement succession plans and talent management strategies
  • Build influential partnerships with senior leaders to drive business results
  • Provide input in the review of policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of projects and programmes that support the strategic direction of the wider people and culture team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven business partnering or HR advisor experience
  • Ability to translate business strategy into tangible people plans
  • Experience in working with senior leaders to enable business strategy
  • Continuous improvement mindset and desire to be a change agent
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current legislation including industrial relations and equal employment opportunity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands
