About the Role
We are seeking an experienced People Service Coordinator to provide end-to-end training coordination and administrative support for our Learning and Development (L&D) programmes. As a key member of the L&D team, you will ensure operational efficiency and provide exceptional support to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration for all L&D initiatives and programmes
- Maintain the L&D calendar and coordinate training events
- Manage SuccessFactors Learning records and vendor setups
- Collate monthly L&D training reports and update trackers
- Act as a first-level point of contact for training service delivery
About You
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite
