Our team of specialists supports people who are ageing, experiencing short or long-term illness, disability, or other needs that require additional support.

Role Overview:

This role assists the Client Liaison Officer by providing administrative and client-related support, focusing on holistic client engagement and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Scheduling and attending client visits to ensure timely and effective service provision.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems to track client progress and satisfaction.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders to promote Colbrow's reputation and services.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless onboarding and quality care delivery.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, legislation, and competitor information to drive business growth and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or minimum 3 years experience in office administration or sales/business development.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and presentation software.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Location:

Candidates should be willing to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment, potentially involving occasional travel to client sites.
