About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Coordinator to join our Global Client Services team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with clients, prospects, and intermediaries to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality reports for clients, consultants, and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Conduct quality control checks on client reports and requests, providing exceptional support to day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to complete due diligence and client questionnaires, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Investigate and address client inquiries, evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate responses.
  • Deliver and maintain data integrity with intermediaries, data vendors, and research houses, showcasing attention to detail.
  • Prepare materials used by Portfolio Management, Global Client Group, Marketing, and Presentations, highlighting Dimensional's investment philosophy and process.
  • Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophy and process, driving professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • 1+ year of relevant work or industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Extreme attention to detail while maintaining focus on client deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, applying analytical and decision-making skills in a global collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs.
