Strategic Partnership Development Executive

The successful candidate will work closely with the National Partnerships Manager to provide support in various areas, including provision of partnerships assets, implementation of partner programs, administration of sales decks, pitch lists and reporting, database management, prize sourcing, management of premiums and costume characters for priority titles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the National Partnerships Manager to localise head office partnership strategy, participate in creative concepting brainstorms, create pitch documents for partnership proposals and actively participate in pitching to long-term and new partners
- Localising sales presenters to create generic pitch decks for partner outreach
- Maintaining regular updates on pitch lists and report updates across the marketing team
- Facilitating creative approvals between head office and brand partners as part of program implementation
- Assisting in the implementation of regular promotional activity with strategic long-term brand partners, including distribution of key art, advertising materials and trailers
- Pro-actively maintaining a database of brand contacts
- General support & participation in major campaigns and events as required
- Creation and distribution of promotional post-campaign reports
- Research potential partners for film-specific promotions, including competitor activity and media monitoring
- Sourcing leads and gathering market intelligence to refine pitches to the partnerships team
- Collaborating with Media leads to ensure maximum social media support for and by brands
- Working with State publicists/Exhibition to get quotes and book screens for partner screenings
- Assisting with identifying opportunities for Premiere sponsorships, creation of sponsorship proposals and implementation of programs
- Briefing prizing agency on partnership major prizing requirements and co-ordinating fulfillment
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary education in communications or marketing-based discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in either a promotions or marketing support role
- Excellent presentation, communication, writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to work autonomously + accept direction from multiple parties
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail including grammar and spelling is a must
- Creativity and the ability to 'think outside the square'
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful
- Solid product and brand knowledge
- Understanding of film franchising, I. P. and licensing is desirable
- Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & presentation/Photoshop design skills, Premiere PRO video editing would be an advantage
