As a critical component of our organization, the Scheduler/Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our branches. Based out of our Keysborough Head Office, this dynamic position offers a unique blend of customer-facing and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule jobs between trucks to service various building sites for our branches
  • Liaise closely with Branch Managers and assist with smooth operations throughout the day
  • Receive and respond to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Administer bookings and optimize schedules to achieve maximum branch profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recent customer service experience in construction/building services highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
