About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Coordinator to oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring workplace environments are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations at various locations including Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Sale, Leongatha, and Warrigal
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and track preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance
  • Respond to operational requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensure WHS compliance for contractors and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Process invoices and manage allocated resources effectively
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and support delivery of capital and maintenance projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in facility services or building operations is essential
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary for success
  • High attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset are required
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is crucial
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is desirable
