**About the Role**

The Linx Major Loss Project Coordinators objective is to plan, process and coordinate large loss and speciality restoration projects with accuracy, attention to detail & continued customer service.

This position involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end claim management to both domestic and commercial restoration projects following damage caused by insurable events.

**Key Activities**
- Project coordination of larger repairs ($100k plus)
- Schedule trades/ technicians/ specialists
- Cost management through claim life and handling of trade invoices
- Focus on KPIs and client agreements
- Collate photos and documents for reports and quotations
- Effectively liaise with stakeholders

**Essential Capabilities and Behaviours**

- Interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationships
- Exceptional multitasking abilities

- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in insurance repair coordination is preferred
- Experience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accounts
- Project Coordination Experience (3-5 years)
- Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
