About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team at Edith Cowan University. As a key member of our Digital Campus Services team, you will be responsible for driving the planning and successful delivery of strategic projects and programs, including the ECU City Campus initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver complex transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive strategic and organisational change.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in program and project management, with a proven track record of delivering transformation and strategic programs. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.

You will have a postgraduate degree in program or project management, and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent level of expertise obtained through a combination of practical experience, specialized training, or professional accreditation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $154,821 to $161,909 p.a. inclusive of 17% University superannuation contribution. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, an Award-winning Health and Wellness Program, and an extensive range of staff benefits.

You will be based in Joondalup and may be required to travel to other ECU campuses on occasion.
