- Manage and lead programs and projects that drive harmonisation and best practice operations.
- Develop plans to support initiatives, engage stakeholders, and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate across business units to develop artefacts and ensure acceptance by business owners.
- Monitor and track the outcomes of Asset Lifecycle Plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a specialist area with a proven track record of results.
