EML Australia is a leading workers compensation and personal injury claims management business. Our goal is to provide ongoing support during the return-to-work journey of individuals who have suffered psychological injuries due to alleged bullying and harassment.

This full-time contract position is based in Parramatta and offers flexibility to work from home. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve workplace conflicts resulting in psychological injury claims through effective mediation and communication skills.
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support timely recovery and return to work.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement early intervention plans to achieve key objectives.
  • Work closely with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
About You
  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution.
  • Able to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various mediums.
  • Able to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
