EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. Our goal is to provide ongoing support during the return-to-work journey of individuals who have experienced psychological injury claims caused by alleged bullying and harassment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our diverse team and make a positive impact on someone's life every day. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with case managers, technical and injury management specialists, and team leaders to support claims management and facilitate sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your mediation and communication skills with relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the worker's timely recovery and return to work
  • Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, over the phone, and face-to-face

About You

  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
  • Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
