About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources and Recruitment teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Manage HR email inbox and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate employee records
  • Partner with the learning and development team to coordinate employee training and other L&D activities
  • Generate reports and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making
  • Manage employee benefits and charity processes
  • Update HR documentation
  • Support immigration, visa, and employment permit processes

Requirements

  • Demonstratable professional or intern experience as an assistant/coordinator or similar role
  • Prior experience supporting HR and/or Recruitment teams is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
