Your Role

The Service Coordinator is a critical support role that will coordinate service teams and contractors nationally to meet programmed service or breakdown needs for Power & HVAC projects.

You'll be responsible for maintaining our maintenance plan for jobs in remote locations, making necessary arrangements, and cross-training with allocations to act as a filter for inbound inquiries.

This newly created role has unlimited potential for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, scheduling Power & HVAC Solutions activities, liaising with stakeholders, workshop(s), allocations, transport, customer, and field service.
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain a safety-first culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • People coordination and development skills.
  • Proven ability to self-manage time and workload according to deadlines.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
